The whole process was seamless and hassle free. A busy professional life leaves very little time to call around or go shopping around at dealerships and Chris took all of that away to simplify the process. He even got the car sorted for me almost 3 months sooner than the original timeframe quoted by a dealership I walked into and got me a better price.
